By accessing or using Quantora AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the questionnaires, content, and data they create, publish, or collect through Quantora AI. You must ensure that your content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of others.
3. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload, create, distribute, or collect unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict accounts that violate this policy.
4. Credits and Payments
Quantora AI operates on a credit-based model. Credits are used to access certain platform features, including AI questionnaire generation, advanced analysis, and exports. Purchases are processed through Paystack. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Changes to the Service
Quantora AI may update features, pricing, credit packages, and services over time. We will communicate material changes to users in advance when possible.
6. Account Restrictions
Accounts may be restricted or suspended for abuse, misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly or severely violate our policies.
7. Updates to These Terms
Quantora AI may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
